Romania beyond the legend of Dracula – Transylvania is not just about Dracula…

In search of legends, about 1 million tourists visit Bran Castle every year. Bran Castle is truly a superb location from all points of view. The castle represents an interest for both history, landscape, photography, literature or simply horror fans.

Dracula is hard enough to reinvent. People always seem to fall in love with the same brutal and romantic vampire. No modern screenplay is more famous and beloved than Coppola’s, 1992’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula. At the risk of being subjective, this is the perfect screenplay. Gary Oldman perfectly captures the monster in love.. Dracula is of course bloody, outlawed, forgotten by God, but before that he is a man who sincerely loves a woman for a long time. Oldman is the only vampire keeping a drama of humanity. And that’s exactly what makes Dracula our favorite vampire: the discrepancy between monster and man, the duality of personality, the soul cut in two …

But #Transylvania, #Romania – it’s not just about Dracula. It is about a country that is hard tried, a country that still tries to stand up after 30 years that have passed since it escaped communism, about unique places in Europe, stories about vampires originating in #Transylvania much loved by those who have already visited it, or coveted by those from far away. It is said that if you visit Romania once, you will surely return. Here you still find virgin forests where you can meet by chance with wild animals as in coloring books or cartoons – the last forest ecosystems in which nature survives in its pure form, without being significantly affected by human intervention; you can find the Black Sea and the Danube Delta, the largest wetland area on the continent which ranks third among the most important natural reserves in the world; you can find over 150 fortified fortress and churches from the Middle Ages. They form a unique ensemble in the world and are a landmark on the tourist map of Romania; you will find castles – located in story areas, loaded with history and culture – the residence of the old kings, and at the other end – the story of Dracula. In fact, castles are the most visited tourist attractions in Romania. If you choose to come with us in a #DRACULA TOUR, then you will see three of them, including the famous Bran Castle.

There are places in Romania that tourists say you should see at least once in their lifetime. But not only the places are a story … the Romanians are hospitable people, the climate is quite mild, without extreme phenomena, and the food made by the human hand, without machining and processing, is delicious, as you will rarely find elsewhere …

Whether you want a holiday destination for the hot or cold season, or you want to see the sea, delta or mountains of Romania, we advise you to always choose a guided tour – such as the #Dracula tour.

You can stay on our site and you can document what we can offer you in 6 days: walking, food, accommodation, visits to castles, surprise gifts, stories, finally … you can see the kingdom of Dracula through our eyes.

We know that in this big world you can now choose to visit almost anything, but Romania still offers you a much cheaper alternative. You can try once, you will be surprised …
